Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation & healing. It is offered most often through physical touch and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy (called ki/chi) flows through us and is what animates the human body. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “Spirit Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy.”
