Back Care Yoga is my passion! In a springboard diving competition at 17 I had an accident which resulted in a severe back injury & debilitating back pain.
I couldn’t do ANYTHING without excruciating pain.
My diagnosis was bulging discs in my lower back combined with a genetic weakness and scoliosis.
My doctor said, “You will never compete again. You will be on pain medication with limited physical activities for the rest of your life. It will be best if you find a job that is not physically demanding.”
WHAT?!
The diagnosis changed my life and inspired me to get my life and body back on track.
I made a commitment to discover a path to transform back pain into an enjoyable active life. I feel blessed that I have also be able to turn my soul purpose passion into my profession, in the last 27 years I have worked with thousands of clients and I would be delighted to support your healing journey.
